It all started back six years ago when I got married. I went to check out my reception site and it was nice. A few weeks later I took my mom to see the site. This time it had chair covers and we knew it was something that I just had to have.
My mom wanted to do something special for me in the wedding process so she said she was going to make the covers for me. With no idea of how to make them, or even how to sew, she went out and bought yards of material.
She came back home and pulled out the never-been-used machine that had been kept in the closet about 25 years. She always thought the machine was broken so therefore never used it. She just never knew how to use it. So there we were trying to learn how to thread the machine. Okay, we got that down. Then there was the sewing part. How are we going to make a nice cover? We had seen many out there and didn't like how they look. She went through a lot of old sheets (cause she didn't want to waste her new material) and then finally got a great pattern. Mom says that God must of felt sorry for her cause He's the one that showed her how to make that unique pattern.
Well, my wedding came out beautiful and of course the chair covers were the talk of the room since it completely changed it. It made the room look just elegant. After the wedding we had these covers and didn’t know what to do with them. We had always dreamed of having a business from home but never could think of what we would do. God has blessed us with this business, has helped us throughout the years and has given us the patience to sew so much…
